What I do
I run Holdfast, a short-term rental co-hosting company in Fort Lauderdale.
It started in 2020 with one house of my own. Today we co-host 20 homes across Florida, Colorado, New York and Puglia. We work underneath each owner's own Airbnb and VRBO account, so the listing, the reviews and the Superhost status stay theirs, and we take the pricing, the guest messages, the turnovers, the maintenance and the licensing.

I'm an avid waterman, photographer, drone pilot, audiophile and vinyl record collector, based in Fort Lauderdale.
It started with a disposable camera my mom gave me for a class field trip. Then came a GoPro, then a few too many cameras, and then drones, the second they came out. These days you'll find me on the water, in the air, or flipping a record.
